TUS Airways, the largest airline in Cyprus and headquartered in Larnaca, has established itself as a significant regional carrier since its founding in 2015. Focused on connecting Cyprus and the Eastern Mediterranean with Europe and the Middle East, TUS initiated a full post-Covid transformation programme. This included a complete overhaul of its business model, transition to an A320-only fleet and implementation of a rapid expansion strategy. The Situation…
